Ingredients
6boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1cupmayonnaise
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2tsp seasoned salt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/2tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine:Mix until smooth mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the topping is lightly golden.
Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chicken breasts that are especially thick may benefit from being pounded to an even thickness before baking.
Greek yogurt can be substituted for mayonnaise if desired.
Freshly grated Parmesan provides the best flavor.
